Project part-financed by the EU
4.3 Business Planning and Market Research
This phase was conducted by someone experienced in the Business Ability delivery model. Persons coming into the project received an initial interview either in their home, where appropriate, or a suitable venue close to their home e.g. probation office, library etc.
Following the initial interview an agreed list of activities and one to one support was provided by e-mail, phone or further meetings. This support continued until a conclusion was reached either about the viability of the business idea, suitability to run a business or other outcome.
